The Launcher is a personal operating system I built for my own desktop, centered on my research and the AI tools I use. It opens every project, tool, and Claude Code session from one place, and keeps the AI sessions running across research, teaching, and service in view at once. I built it because a dozen projects and several live AI sessions across two machines got hard to hold in my head.
